St. Stephen's Churchyard

St. Stephen's Churchyard is a historic, two acre burial ground adjacent to St.Stephen's Episcopal Church. The churchyard's nearly 450 graves include notable figures in the history of the town of North Castle and the church, among them 22 Civil War veterans.

There are a number of in-ground burial plots remaining in the cemetery that are available to the public, regardless of religious affiliation. Single graves, in which two people can be interred, are available for $2,000. In addition, there is a columbarium for the interment of ashes. Niches,in which two urns can be placed,are available, also for $2,000.
